Crisis Management: From Stress to Strategy

This workshop will help participants understand the difference between a crisis and a problem, and learn how to respond effectively in difficult situations. It will focus on stress management, staying calm under pressure, and analyzing the core of a crisis to prevent it from turning into a bigger problem. The workshop will also cover how to communicate constructively, avoid burning bridges, and handle challenging situations through practical examples from IAESTE life and a case study.

It Takes Three: CER, NC & LC

What’s working in the CER–NC–LC chain, what’s missing, and how can we make it better? This workshop is a space to reflect on how international cooperation across IAESTE currently works, and share experiences from different countries and committees. Brainstorm practical ideas for stronger communication, smoother collaboration and discuss how the role of Regional Management can grow to support the network even more effectively. Together, we’ll also look at how regional conferences like CEC and LEAP can better support regional development. First, learn the secrets to building a sustainable committee from an experienced Austria/Norway duo. Then, put your skills to the test in a fast-paced simulation! Pitching is one of the very valuable skills to have as an IAESTE member. Jobraising, Member Raising, and Marketing are fields that require pitching skills. The workshop intends to train IAESTE members of the CER region on different types of pitching. Additionally, it includes an interactive part in which the attendees will get the opportunity to practice pitching in areas that are relevant to IAESTE.
