PAYMENT

Payment method, invoice, and further instructions will be sent to you after your participation is confirmed by your representative.

Please send the full amount of the participation fee(s) in euros as soon as you receive the invoice. Make sure to cover all transaction fees — we reserve the right to deny participation if we don't receive the full amount.

Please note that the conference fee is to be paid in order to secure your participation. If you do not pay before the deadline, you lose your spot.

Paying in cash upon arrival is not possible.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations notified before 15.04.2026, are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 16.04.2026 and 22.04.2026, will receive a 50% refund.

After 25.04.2026, no refunds will be possible.

If you find someone who can take your place, please send the name and contact email of the replacement to cec@iaeste.sk

LIABILITY

• All participants of the 52nd CEC Slovenia are required to be aware of all risks and hazards they may encounter during the event, and to know how to avoid or minimize them.
• Neither IAESTE nor any of its organizers or employees serve as guardians of participants' safety, and IAESTE does not provide any special insurance for participants' protection. It is each participant's own responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance.
• IAESTE is not liable for any damage to participants' health or property that may occur during the event.

All participants undertake to compensate for any damage caused by their actions or conduct during the event, either to IAESTE or to entities contracted by IAESTE to provide event facilities (such as accommodation, transport, and other services).
